We hosted Cecilia Muñoz, former White House Domestic Policy Council Director and MacArthur fellow, for a discussion on her new book: More Than Ready: Be Strong and Be You . . . and Other Lessons for Women of Color on the Rise – personal stories of resilience, overcoming doubt, making tough decisions and more from prominent women of color. With Cecilia and fellow Council members, we explored advice, inspiration and how we can all be allies in the fight for representation at the highest levels of leadership.
